This is the snow storm that we wish had come when Steve, Keri, and the kids were up here! we got about 26 inches of snow - a crazy amount, even for Vermont! Although, if you take a look at mom's house, it looks as if we got at least 3 feet. We were out this morning shoveling and snow blowing, just like the rest of our neighbors, and Ella and Taylor had lots of fun playing in the snow. Ella jumped and played in the snow to her heart's content, and once or twice we nearly lost her in it - buried up to her head in the snow! Take a look at some of Taylor's pictures...

Ella buried in the snow!

And down the path on the deck to the back yard

So far, no sign of a snow day tomorrow, much to Taylor's dismay.. but unless we hear the sidewalk plow soon, she just might be in luck! (In a town with no school buses, that is the test.. the sidewalks have to be clear enough to walk to school) We are still supposed to get another 3-6 inches of snow by morning!
