Highlight of Our NYC Trip

4 Tickets to the Yankee's / RedSox Game - and the last of a 4 game series to Boot! The ride to the Stadium on the subway from Manhattan was a little hairy, but we made it in one piece, even though the nerves were a little frazzled.. We left for the stadium at the end of a 4 hour "Dominican Republic Day" parade in Manhattan - with hundreds of thousands of others headed back to the Bronx. Needless to say, we were all happy to get back out into the sunshine!

We got there early so we had plenty of time to walk around, find some cold refreshments, and buy some souvenirs! Here are Mike and Taylor posing in front of the Yankee Legends.. They were all smiles even though they were wearing their traitor t-shirts.

Grandma and Taylor in 2 of our seats - Notice the back wall of the stadium...

The view from the "Cheap Seats" - Although the view was better than it looks on the camera. We were sitting behind home plate in the very last row, but we could still see the ball cross the plate and could even tell if it was a ball or a strike! Can't beat that!

Earlier - watching batting practice..

All 4 of us - once someone changed seats with us so we could all sit together. It was a great game - very exciting! The Yankees swept Boston and won the game 5 -3. Although, I guess you could say only two of us thought it was a GREAT game.. We all had fun though!
